For more than 14 years I have been living and sharing my passion for fitness and nutrition. Our body is our temple and we should treat it as one. As a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB I understand the discipline of eating clean and consistent exercise to reach my fitness goals. Patience and consistency have given me the honor and capability to compete with the best bikini fitness bodies in the world. As a fitness maven I am here to share my knowledge and educate everyone I can on how to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
With so many fads out there we never know what we should be doing and constantly start new ways to lose weight only to end in self defeat when we don’t see the results we want right away. The first thing I want to teach you is patience. We need to stop looking for a quick fix and realize our body did not become overweight or injured over night and need to give it the respect and attention it needs to follow through with a healthy plan.
There is not one way to lose weight, in fact, everyone has their own formula. Unfortunately, no one has ever taught us what that formula is or how to figure it out. During my career of coaching female bodybuilders and also training everyday working women and men not all weight loss techniques work on everyone. I gather information that allows me to develop a blueprint for each client and teach them how to eat healthier by choosing beneficial foods and cutting out the ones that cause them inflammation. also create a fitness program that start with small goals that lead to long term goals that are achievable and realistic. It is a process, not a quick fix and when you decide to accept that this is a lifestyle not only will you reach your goals, you wqill create new ones you only dreamed of achieving.
